No gathering for Holi, Shab-e-Barat in Delhi

Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) has banned gatherings, congregations and public celebrations during upcoming festivals like Holi, Shab-e-Barat, Navaratri, etc in the wake of the recent surge in Covid cases.
